I'm back from Shanghai and back in the studio. The image above is of home made dumplings for my wife's cousin on the day he got married. I had a slight hand in making the dumplings.

Had a look at some contemporary painting in Shanghai. No real stand outs, although I did experience a great sound installation exhibition from an overseas artist. (can't remember where the artist came from) I didn't visit the Shanghai museum this time, but I did get a book on historical Chinese landscape ink paintings.

While I was relaxing in Shanghai some great news came through. I with a couple of other abstract artists have secured a group exibition at 45downstairs gallery. Will keep you posted on developments.
